Attached is the updated lot reconfiguration plat as requested. The "Bump Out" is a main floor cantilever (2' x 10.3') that is 2.7 feet off the ground and does not extend to the 2nd floor. I included the square footage in the lot coverage charts - afraid not to include it (the argument could be made that the majority of the cantilever is under the eave of the house and the ground under is permeable); h
