Happy new year to all of you. As Sally indicated, I have also been retained to represent Ms. Zeeman. My understanding is that there is a previously agreed upon extension for Ms. Zeemans answer through and including January 13, 2022. I have prepared a proposed stipulation for your review. Please let me know if approved to sign and file on you behalf.
