As requested, we have sent AutoCAD files and previous pdf's with topo and tree layers turned on. I guess the "bump out" was not on any of the previous transmittals with the topo and tree layers "on".

I hope all is well and that you have a wonderful holiday weekend ahead! I wanted to reach out and see if you updated the topographical survey as well? Our client is asking for a final topography.
Also, have you had a chance to submit the final plat reconfiguration to the City and County? Can you please update us so we can gauge a timeline for the completion of this case?

Attached is the updated lot reconfiguration plat as requested. The "Bump Out" is a main floor cantilever (2' x 10.3') that is 2.7 feet off the ground and does not extend to the 2nd floor. I included the square footage in the lot coverage charts - afraid not to include it (the argument could be made that the majority of the cantilever is under the eave of the house and the grou
