Thank you for the information and well wishes. I will plan on being there Tuesday at 9AM unless we hear otherwise. Do you know if jurors have been called to appear?

Good afternoon, Mr. Ledermeier,
All is well, thank you. Hope you are too and that you will retire those crutches very soon. Your correspondence is under review. However, for now, you are queued up and ready to go for trial. No stand-by, on-call, etc. If anything changes, I will let everyone know.
Thank you. Have a great day.
Renata

Renata,
I hope all is well with you. I wanted to reach out regarding the Civil Calendar Notice for May 28th and confirm whether or not we are to be called? Its my understanding that numerous pre-trial motions remain pending which are probative to the allegations; does the Judge plan on ruling on the motions prior to setting a date for trial? I did notice that a Civil Calendar was recently uploaded to the DeKalb County website which lists our case as position 1. If there is any way to confirm whether or not we need to appear it would be appreciated; I am still on crutches and will need to coordinate transportation, etc. for my appearance.
I have copied all counsel hereto should they have anything to add or any questions.
Thank
