I hope this email finds you well. We received a notification that this case has been placed on the jury trial calendar for the week of December 11, 2023. Per the correspondence below, Timothy Mitchell, the lead attorney for Mr. Sweatman, has indicated that he will be out of state and unavailable during this time week. Mr. Mitchell also filed an amended leave on absence on November 1st to include the week of December 11. We wanted to check with you and see if the Court is dismissing Mr. Mitchells leave of absence, meaning that this case will continue to remain on the trial calendar for the week of December 11?
