Top of the morning,
Hope everyone had a good weekend. Sorry for not getting back to you yesterday, Im sure you were eager to find out the Courts decision. Had a busy day in court, we were selecting a jury. That said, Ive got good news! The case is no longer on call and is continued to the next trial calendar.
I do have a favor to ask. Could you please review the CPTO that was filed in December and update any and all information, including present counsel for each party?
Thank you and have a lovely day.
Respectfully,
Renata

Renata,
I hope all is well and 2024 is off to a great start. I have spoken with all counsel, copied hereto, regarding the trial and a recent injury and wanted to inform the Court that I fully dislocated my right knee, which took my MCL, ACL and other ligaments with it, and I am both unable to walk and unable to drive for at least 6 weeks
