Ms. Daldry,
I hope all is well. We understand that the PTO is due today. All counsel has spoken and we have prepared the PTO, but we were wondering if we could get an idea as to when we will be placed on a calendar? Per the scheduling Order, the trial would begin in two (2) weeks. Its my understanding that counsel has several conflicts that week. If there is an anticipated date, or timeline that you could provide, we would appreciate it.
Thank you in advance.

Ms. Daldry,
The deposition went as scheduled and counsel is continuing to engage in settlement negotiations which we anticipate a response to by the end of the week. We will
