I have been on the phone with the surveyor for quite some time today. He is actually arriving at the property now to measure the revision area on Plaintiffs property as requested by Mr. Sweatman. I have been told that the updated plat will be sent over once he is back at the office. Once we have it, we should be able to review it and submit the proposed order for the Judges review tomorrow.

As a follow-up, I have tried to reach out to the surveyor and will continue to do so. I too am hopeful that we will have an update and final Plat by the end of the week.
