Thank you for the update. Out of curiosity, why are we obligated to prepare your clients consent judgment? It deals only with your clients property. Id request that you prepare it and send it for review. As for the platting, yes Gaddy will submit it to the city and county.

Brett,

Mr. Sweatman elects to proceed with submitting a Consent Judgment to the Court wherein the judgment provides for at a minimum that (1) the property line is to be moved consistent with the parties agreement and as depicted on Gaddys survey and (2) allowing any existing non-conformities to remain on the properties as depicted on Gaddys survey.

I will prepare an email notifying the Court of Mr. Sweatmans election and that the parties anticipate submitting a proposed Consent Judgment in the near future.

It is my understanding from the zoom call, that once the judgment is entered by the Court, you will handle and coordinate submission of the Judgment, Gaddys plans and transfer deeds to be recorded and all necessary documents to be submitted to the City and County for the approval and re-plotting processes. Before the submission of these documents, you will provide a copy to me for my review.

In conjunction with the Consent Judgment, you will also prepare the necessary settlement documents to include a formal settlement agreement and all exhibits including the transfer deeds.

Thanks,

Lisa
