Re Survey Dates Times 2740 Grove Street 8¶

I will let Sally follow up when she is out of court but sometimes its worth the time waiting for the best. Not saying McClung isn't good but he is not Mark Chastain. To me its not even a toss up. Mark is more expensive and has a wait but is always my first choice regardless, especially in contested matters.

    They are based in Smyrna ~ 20 minutes from my home versus Chastain & Associates in Ellijay, about 90 minutes outside of Atlanta.

    This sounds like a more reasonable option to get this performed versus 6 weeks out,  it's not on the calendar, and it would be a 3 hour round trip driving time, etc

        Sally, I learned that 2 corner pins are not visible and may have been dig up most likely during Brookhaven digging of the ROW easement for their stormwater project.  The next pin  would be in my driveway is not visible because it is under the cement driveway.
