Thank you, I will confirm. Jeff Banks is the insured private counsel, so we do not have stand-alone copies. We have copies that are in trial exhibits, but I will ask for a copy of the transcript from Jeff. Presumably, the insured paid the invoice for the transcript of her deposition and the outstanding invoice is for the transcript of Plaintiffs deposition. Those would be the only invoices stemming from a deposition aside from attorney fees.

I also just received the attached official proposal from Gaddy. Please let me know how youd like me to proceed. If we go with Gaddy, they said they will start the project within 2 weeks.

Hi Brett,

The job date on the deposition statement is July 11, 2023, which coincides with the deposition of Sarah Zeeman. It is my understanding that Jonathan Sweatmans deposition was on July 10, 2023. I presume this payment was supposed to be made by plaintiffs counsel. Can you confirm this? I want to ensure the Company does not have an outstanding balance that is our responsibility.

The other invoice is for the transcript of Jonathan Sweatman and Sarah Zeeman. Did your office request the transcripts or are you aware of which party requested them? The invoices were sent to Jeff Banks at Banks and Riedel PC.

Eric/Marimar,

I have been in Court the last few days (most of the last two weeks actually). Gaddy just emailed me and said I will have the formal written proposal in the morning. The estimated price was $5,8000.00 plus $1,000.00 for permitting requirements to change the tax maps. I will send the proposal as soon as it is received; admittedly I am not sure why they are taking so long to get me the written proposal, but I do know they have been quite busy. The ETA was 3-4 weeks for completion of the survey and, if I recall correctly, the survey would be performed within 2 weeks.

With regard to the depositions, the depositions were noticed by the insureds private counsel. Plaintiff noticed the insureds deposition which we originally thought was focused on water runoff and damages allegations. We did not receive the invoices for the depositions; we attended to make sure any title related topics were covered. I know that she paid for a deposition, but I do not know which one because we were not invoiced for them. I can submit the invoice she is requesting to be paid.
