Hi Brett,

To clarify, I do not need copies of the transcripts. I was unsure if you requested the copies of the transcripts, making Stewart responsible for the outstanding payment.

Thank you for providing the proposal. Some of the items included in the proposal do not seem related to the boundary lines of the property. Why are the items below being included in the proposal?

Review F.I.R.M. flood maps to see if property is affected.
Locate all trees 6 inches and larger within the subject property.
Provide field run topographical information based on mean sea level (MSL) and prepare documents indicated 2contour intervals.

Thank you, I will confirm. Jeff Banks is the insured private counsel, so we do not have stand-alone copies. We have copies that are in trial exhibits, but I will ask for a copy of the transcript from Jeff. Presumably, the insured paid the invoice for the transcript of her deposition and the outstanding invoice is for the transcript of Plaintiffs deposition. Those would be the only invoices stemming from a deposition aside from attorney fees.

I also just received the attached official proposal from Gaddy. Please let me know how youd like me to proceed. If we go with Gaddy, they said they will start the project within 2 weeks.

Hi Brett,

The job date on the deposition statement is July 11, 2023, which coincides with the deposition of Sarah Zeeman. It is my understanding that Jonathan Sweatmans deposition was on July 10, 2023. I presume this payment was supposed to be made by plaintiffs counsel. Can you confirm this? I want to ensure the Company does not have an outstanding balance that is our responsibility.

The other invoice is for the transcript of Jonathan Sweatman and Sarah Zeeman. Did your office request the transcripts or are you aware of which party requested them? The invoices were sent to Jeff Banks at Banks and Riedel PC.
