Jeff,
Glad you may be coming into this. Complaint is attached. Answer is due 1/6/2022. We are retained on a very limited basis regarding the claims for removal of the encroachments. It is my understanding that Swift Currie has been retained as well under Ms. Zeeman's homeowners insurance. I have a call with them tomorrow.
Lisa Rose is plaintiff's attorney. I talked to Lisa briefly and she did say she would be agreeable to an extension, but I haven't confirmed a date as Sarah asked us to hold off on further communications until all counsel are on the same page as to who will be taking the lead on the answer/response.

I got a call from Sarah Zeeman who I understand you are representing in a title defense action. I appreciate the referral. I understand that Sarah wants me to pursue the claims she has against the neighbor as a counterclaim. Can you send over the complaint any answer which has been filed on Sarah's behalf and also if there is any extension of time to file responsive pleadings?
