Lisa,
I have been in court almost every single day for 3 weeks. Also, as for the delays, it has been your client that caused the delay with the survey questions/revisions, court order versus appeal to the city, etc. We have been trying to move this forward. With regard to the fence and the revisions, the settlement terms are clear on the record and need to be abided by.

Brett,
I have tried on multiple occasions to reach you by phone and email for a status update on your review of the redlined settlement agreement sent to you on 3.13.25.
Given the history of delays, I added language in the settlement agreement that Mr. Sweatmans time to relocate the fence will commence after the parties execute the agreement.
To the extent you are in possession of the settlement funds from Tims office, I remind you that you are not permitted to disburse to your client until the settlement agreement is executed.
Please let me know (1) when you anticipate responding to the red-lined agreement and (2) provide a schedule or timeline when Gaddys office intends to submit the variance/replat request.
-Lisa
