I just received the quote from Land Express which previously surveyed both lots. That quote is $2,000.00 for new legals with the new boundary line per our agreement; including the legal description for the portion being conveyed to the insured from Plaintiff.

The quote from Gaddy Surveying, which the insured ask that we use, is forthcoming and it's scope appears to be far more complex yet comprehensive. He is extremely familiar with the City of Brookhaven and DeKalb County requirements. Essentially, this is a minor-subdivision/lot adjustment plat, according to the surveyor.

I am happy to jump on a call to further discuss if you're free tomorrow.
