I hope all is well! I followed up with the insured on the city attorney edits to the order approving settlement/plat reconfiguration. This was originally sent over November 26th and I havent received a response on the order. Have you had a chance to review? If the insured doesnt respond to the revisions, how would you like to proceed?

I just heard back from the City of Brookhaven Attorney with the attached edits to the proposed consent order. I dont see any issues with the proposed revisions. I will send to the insured as well for review and ask that she provide any information related to the settlement agreement/code violation allegations. Hopefully, we can put this to rest soon.
