Sorry for all the emails; the Judge says once settlement is signed within a reasonable amount of time. It has been an extended period of time due to survey delays, and other delays, so I believe it is reasonable to be released now.

I may be mistaken but I believe that the terms of the agreement were that no funds were to be released until the lawsuit was dismissed and the matter completely resolved correct?
Have all issues been resolved?
