Marimar: This is on a spread out three week trial calendar, which is a total pain because we have to be ready to go starting January 9th with jury charges and verdict forms submitted 3 days prior. Unfortunately, it appears the link to the calendar has not been published yet so we don't know what number we are to get an idea when we will go but the Judge made it clear, it will go forward.

Can we please set up a call for when you get back to the office to touch based on this one? Darcy can set up a call for you, me and Brett. I know we are limited on coverage but I want to make sure we are doing everything you want us to do on this, all while representing Ms. Zeeman to the best of our ability.

Also, I know Brett has been handling things wonderfully; I am simply coming in because it is firm practice that a partner must be kept current on any trials.
