One minor correct: they did not pull the lid on the manhole, its in the middle of the street. It looks to be consistent in all ways we could tell without blocking traffic and popping the manhole cover.

Yes maam (to both). Mr. Griffin will not be on the crew. Id like to know if there was any activity that I should know about and/or approach him with. I had no idea that there had been any behavior like this. I want to make sure that it doesnt happen again and handle anything that needs handled. As to the sewer easement, we only found one manhole but will show the location as best we can and reference the prior surveys, which look to be consistent with what they saw in the manhole.
