I will request. The posts and Chastain's work are based solely on legal descriptions and measurements - he bases his findings on the facts, not whose favor it falls. He simply wants to go back out and do a review now that his in office work is complete to avoid any question at all. He is very meticulous, which his why we use him.

The new posts are much more in the neighbor's favor thus Sweatman removed his former posts to take photos.

Mark Chastain or one of his guys is going to swing by Monday for about 10 minutes to just make sure 100% that measurements are right as he wants to make sure there are no questions at all. He will have the final shortly to us after that.
They have subpoenaed his records but we are objecting and I have told him not to produce.
