Thank you so much for being up front, I appreciate it. I am absolutely fine with Jeff doing the survey - this really isn't a complicated survey. The property is fenced in and I have contact information for the property located directly behind the subject property if you'd like me to reach out so they have permission to access it if needed. As for the adjacent property, I will also reach out to them to give notice and request temporary access in the off-chance it is needed.

If Jeff could give some estimated time frame, that would be helpful as we are supposed to go to a foreclosure on May 3rd as well.

Yes as to May 3, but with a qualification. In a case that I've been retained in, I've been asked to assist with a deposition on May 3. If you'd like to push it out to later that week, we could do any other day. Or, if you would like to keep it at May 3, I can brief another PLS in the office to be on standby should anything extraordinary come up in the field. I have no qualms or reservations about doing that, Jeff Vick is the other PLS and is more than capable. I just wanted to let you know the current circumstances.

I hope all is well! Sally had a beautiful, healthy boy on Easter!! I was just following up to confirm the survey is set for May 3rd? Also, the client is asking what time the surveyor plans on being there. I know there aren't always predictable times when it comes to surveying, but if there's any way to give an estimate so I can follow up with her I would really appreciate it.

Let me know if you need anything prior to the survey and I will happily provide.
