Sally, sorry that we didnt get back to you sooner.
The scope of service for a boundary survey of this tract, under these circumstances, would include to show the property lines as well as the location of all improvements and any potential encroachments on the neighboring property. While I would entertain adding some additional matters, it would depend on what they are of course.
And, we would definitely coordinate the date and time with your office.

Thanks Mark. You are correct, we have an interesting neighbor dispute in the works. I have approval to authorize yall to proceed with general boundary survey at $1800. Quickly could someone outline what the general boundary survey includes so I can share with the client and make sure she does not want to include anything additional in the scope of work?
One last thing, client would like to be present when field work is being performed, which means one of us will need to be there too. So once we get closer to scheduling work could we coordinate schedules?

Good morning Sally, its good to hear from you ladies. Is it safe to assume that there is a fuss brewing with that adjacent property? Our fee for the scope of service that you describe below, which is a general boundary survey, would be $1800. Normal inquiries are being told 4 months, but established client relations are worked in sooner than that, Id say 6-8 weeks. Please let me know if you have any questions or wish to proceed. We have a new one for you that should be fairly straightforward. We would like to obtain a boundary survey of the above-referenced property on behalf of Sarah Zeeman and Stewart Title. We would like the survey to show the property lines as well as the location of all improvements and any potential encroachments on the neighboring property 2746 Grove Street.
Could you please send us a quote at your earliest convenience? Also please let me know what information/payment you all will need to get on the schedule.
