With any luck this will be a bit easier and much cheaper. The city attorney notified me that the court is adding the City of Brookhaven onto this and one of the owners had an issue they are working out. Here is the exact message. I am being told by end of the month this should be handled.

Here is the message from Linda Abaray, the Director of Community Development:

one of the owners is adding stipulation for the City to be added which is extending the process.
