Can I please have an update? I understand you are busy and appreciate all your efforts, but I also represented to the Judge that we would have it by noon because that's what I was told. The Judge executed an Order requiring us to produce it no later than tomorrow. If that's an impossibility, I need to inform the Court and opposing counsel. Any update you can provide is appreciated.

I am just following up on the survey. The Court gave us a very strict scheduling order and I really need the survey and legal descriptions. If they were sent over before noon, I did not receive them (perhaps my name was misspelled?).

Is everything finalized? I told the Court we would have it by noon today. The Judge also wants us to meet at the Property by January 23rd with you to mark the new boundary line. Is that feasible?
