Yesterday we thought he might be in today; however, I checked with him earlier today and he is not any better.
I understand this is not what you wanted to hear; however, there is nothing I can do to help you. We now have three out sick from the office and those of us remaining cant help you with this situation.

Can I please have an update? I understand you are busy and appreciate all your efforts, but I also represented to the Judge that we would have it by noon because thats what I was told. The Judge executed an Order requiring us to produce it no later than tomorrow. If thats an impossibility, I need to inform the Court and opposing counsel. Any update you can provide is appreciated.
