Eric,

I spoke with the insured in length after the hearing and she insisted that Gaddy go back out and mark the property line based on the new survey. The property was staked, but only at the street, the fence, and the back line as opposed to every 4-6 feet. I received the transcript and I am sending it over to the insured now and will let her know that, in the event she does not want the new line staked, a second marking is not required. Her concerns were that the neighbor had been moving the stakes and strings marking the line, but perhaps those have been alleviated.

I will let you know her response.

Regarding the survey, the surveyor has been out sick the last few days and I still dont have the survey. The Court ordered us to produce it by today, so I will reach out to opposing counsel and notify the Court. We might need to do an amended order to push out some of the dates for final approval, the ordered meeting with opposing counsel, the surveyor, and I, and a proposed consent order.

Mrs Zeeman has asked me why a third visit by Gaddy is necessary. Can you clarify for her what the purpose of the visit on the 23rd is and what he will be doing. Didn't he already stake the property?
