I asked for several weeks, repeatedly, until I was even given the formal proposal which then had to be approved by the insurance company. Once I had approval, I asked for dates and times for the survey and confirmed today's date over a week ago. The proposal they sent expired and a new one was not sent until yesterday. I repeatedly asked for a time estimate and none was provided. Further, I confirmed in writing, several times, that we were moving forward with the proposal and additional cost for them to handle the permitting process on behalf of the parties. This "delay" is not on us. I do not know why Gaddy has been so difficult, but the first time they ever said they needed an executed proposal before scheduling was yesterday. In fact, we were expressly told that the survey was scheduled for today. They have an executed proposal and will schedule it.

Prior to receipt of your email, I told my client to call Gaddy to identify the scheduled time so he could plan his day accordingly.

Gaddy said you have not signed the engagement papers such that they are not coming out today.

This delay is unacceptable.
