Email Body
Brett,
Good evening. Jonathan and I are available to meet you onsite next Wednesday. Please ask Gaddy for a definitive time as soon as possible.
At the meeting, we will show Gaddy a few mistakes on his survey. For example, he did not properly portray the outer wall of the screened in porch which is angled and not square to the house, to prevent an encroachment in the easement. Secondly, there is a typographical error.
Please forward the settlement agreement too in advance of the meeting so that we can review and discuss.
Thanks,
Lisa

All,
Are you available next Wednesday, November 20th to meet at the property with the surveyor to mark the new line? I will make sure to have the settlement agreement drafted before that date (sorry again, Lisa/all; its been a rough year). I am not sure what time they want to meet, but I wanted to make sure to block out that date if available.

Attached is the topographical survey. It notes that there will be a zoning appeal hearing required before the City of Brookhaven for approval. Admittedly, this is the most complicated survey I have been involved with because of conflicting rules with the city and county; it also seems overly complicated. I asked for dates for us to meet and will let you know when I hear back. Are there any dates over the next few weeks that work best for you?
