We hired Gaddy to survey the Property. I am not sure on the timing, but the surveyor stated that counsel would not need to be present. He merely needs access to the properties; I anticipate a more precise time in advance of the survey. Once the survey of both properties is performed, he asked that we schedule a time to all meet and mark the new line. The topography will be scanned for both properties and any permitting required will be completed so as to change the tax assessor maps.

Did you request for the surveyor to calculate impervious surfaces and topography on Zeeman property only? If needed for Sweatman, this can be purely calculated without inspection.
