I just received it; Ive been following up daily. Im about to get an MRI and will send the finals for review as soon as I am back. Gary said he already marked the pins which are in line with the survey and that he does not believe we need wood stakes. That being said, I will see what availability he has to stake it.

Brett,
I know the surveyor added 1-3 (?) rebars at the onsite meeting, but we also discussed that he would stake the new boundary line with wooden markers. The wooden stakes have not been added yet.
