I apologize for the late notice; my client just provided me availability. I have not received my clients notes on the survey yet, but I will send them as soon as I receive them. Can you please ask your client if he has any availability on Monday? Ill ask my client and Gaddy the same. Its via Zoom so the location shouldnt be an issue, but if we need to push it out we can.

I hope all is well. I just wanted to follow up on the noted survey. Can you please send it to me along with any questions/concerns as we discussed on the call? My client said she is free at 4PM tomorrow and I have asked Gaddy if he is as well. If not, we will need to look at other dates and, if necessary, we can notify the Court; it shouldnt be an issue if its by consent of both counsel, but I dont want the Judge any angrier with us.
