I hope all is well. I just wanted to follow up on the noted survey. Can you please send it to me along with any questions/concerns as we discussed on the call? My client said she is free at 4PM tomorrow and I have asked Gaddy if he is as well. If not, we will need to look at other dates and, if necessary, we can notify the Court; it shouldn't be an issue if it's by consent of both counsel, but I don't want the Judge any angrier with us.
