Brett,
My client has a few concerns/issues with the revised survey. I have a meeting with him tomorrow and I will send you an email thereafter outlining the concerns to be addressed by the surveyor.
Once I learn of his concerns, I will respond to your email as to whether the additional stakes are necessary.

Lisa,
The surveyor misspoke and is actually available Tuesday. That being said, the surveyor said that a string could merely be drawn from each pin that was set at the meeting and does not see any need to stake the property. The Court order said that it must be staked if necessary and both my client and the surveyor do not believe it is necessary. Given the Judges position at the hearing, I do not believe either party want to get the Judge involved. Alternatively, if your client just wants it staked for moving the fence, he is within his right to have that done at that time.
Wed also request that the strings your client has had up for an extended period of time be removed. Please confirm that he will remove the same and provide a time frame.
Thank you.
