Brett,

Good morning. When do you expect to receive the updated survey and to have the boundary line marked with wooden stakes?

Brett,

I know the surveyor added 1-3 (?) rebars at the onsite meeting, but we also discussed that he would stake the new boundary line with wooden markers. The wooden stakes have not been added yet.

Lisa,

As you know, I am not trying to delay anything. The transcript was readily available and promised in November at the site visit and dozens of communications later it was not provided. As for the survey, I cant control a third party and I cant control an entire office being out with an illness. I will notify the Court of the understandable delay given their illness. Assuming we are able to get it this week, we can determine whether or not we need the property marked again as it was already marked with everyone present and discussed in length for several hours.
