I hope all is well! As discussed at the property, can you please send a copy of the transcript? If there are costs to split, please just let me know and we can have a check sent over to you. Also, has your client decided on whether we will be going the court order route or variance appeals process route? The Court order is the path of least resistance and we can include any language necessary to ensure that all bases are covered.

He drew the screened in porch as a rectangle instead of the angled wall. This is important to note the wall is angled so as not to encroach in the easement. Secondly his calculations of the impervious surface(s) are incorrect.

We intend to point out these issues onsite as it is more easier to show in person.
