Also, has your client decided on whether we will be going the court order route or variance appeals process route? He drew the screened in porch as a rectangle instead of the angled wall. This is important to note the wall is angled so as not to encroach in the easement. Secondly his calculations of the impervious surface(s) are incorrect.
We intend to point out these issues onsite as it is more easier to show in person.
