I hope all is well! I have not heard from opposing counsel as to whether they are wanting to go the variance appeal route or Court Order route for the impervious surface concern. That being said, do you have an estimated timeline for receipt of the survey and legal descriptions? I will need these to prepare the settlement agreement and update the Court. By chance, has the opposing party reached out at all to discuss the impervious surface concern and/or any potential variance application?
Additionally, I just received the invoices and will have those submitted; it appears that my email was misspelled (it happens all the time with the number of vowels in my last name).
