Thank you, please tell sally congratulations for me.

FYI John carr owns the 3rd property that abuts both 2740 and 2746 on the backside of both properties. It will be easier for the surveyor to measure Sweatmans property from John Carrs property and John carr is a very nice man and should have no issue with the surveyor on his land to measure as it will be a benefit to him as well.

Sweatman never notified me of his surveys in the past and if this can avoid notifications to sweatman
