I am the one who drafted the agreement; making redlines on my own draft would be redundant. Please note any concerns, revisions, etc. and I will review and make necessary changes. As for the underground pipes, Jeff will need to weigh in, but its my understanding that they have been, and remain, capped and are not artificially directed water onto your property.
