Sarah,

I hope all is well with you. Sorry for the delay; I have been in Court almost every day and just got back from 10 hours in DeKalb. I havent spoken to Gaddy yet, but the surveyor that I was instructed to use was the surveyor that the neighbors used. I havent received a quote back from them for the new survey. I can reach out to Gaddy tomorrow to ask for a quote unless youve already received one. If you have please forward it to me. Again, sorry for the delay Judges always get a little carried away setting hearings on everything during an election year.

Good morning Brett,

My 2 requests for a phone call have had no response from you. Since I havent heard anything for almost a month - I called and spoke with the surveyor that you hired previously (Chastain) and they confirmed they have not been hired perform an updated survey .

Can you please advise if its been approved to move forward with ordering a survey with Gladdy and what is their ETA?

I would like to add on and pay for Gladdy to identify the sewer/sewer easements onto the survey the perform.

Best,

Sarah

    Hi Brett,

Ill pay part of gladdy, and welcome a call.

If you dont remember one of Chastains on site survey employees was unprofessional and tried to reach out to me via social media right after their on site visit.

It made me extremely uncomfortable that this man had photos of my home, saw Sweatmans surveillance cameras and still felt this was an appropriate and acceptable action.

I dont know how his actions on behalf of chastain was handled internally on their end but I really would prefer a more professional and safer option of surveyors that are not associated in the lawsuit being invited to my home.

        Sarah,

I hope all is well and happy Friday! I spoke with Stewart and they believe that they best course is to use the survey that already has the information for both properties. The line would be marked so we would know exactly where it will be prior to any settlement being executed. That also enables us to move this forward without a full survey of each property. If Gaddy is to be used, that expense would need to be covered by you. I understand you dont like the other surveyor, but with the lines being marked for inspection I see no reason why the additional cost is necessary.

I am happy to jump on a call with you to discuss as well.
