Ok.

Also My yearly hvac spring service is scheduled for the last Monday in April. Is it still ok for them to service the HVAC under the current circumstances?

Sarah, the survey has been ordered.  The surveyor has not given us proposed dates.  I will follow up with him again.  I can promise you that we will not schedule anything when you are not available for work or otherwise.

Also, my maternity leave is set to begin next week.  Brett Ledermeier in our offices, copied here, is up to speed on this file and will be your point of contact while I am out.  Brett has the information for the surveyor as well as all other counsel on this matter and will continue to update and communicate with you.

        Still have not heard from the surveyor re: dates.  Will follow up.  Normally they follow up regarding scheduling closer to the projected field work date, but Ive been asking for dates.
