The neighbors property based on the new line would potentially be below the impervious surface requirement. The property itself was grandfathered in for the work they did, but a new plat would place them beyond the impervious surface requirement unless a variance is given or a court order is entered. I have asked opposing counsel a dozen times for a copy of the transcript and a response as to whether or not they are going the variance route or court order route which would be much faster. I did obtain the court reporter contact information and I have asked how quickly they could get us a copy. I also emailed Gaddy to see where things stand with the final survey as we have not received it.
