Hi Sally,

Attached is a photo of the "migrating pins" taking about a foot of my home structure dated back to March 9th 2021 as well as a more recent photo (and I have video) of the Sweatmand physically moving the pins and stakes again. The pins have continued to migrate, and the validity of the surveys is therefore questioned.

In the 2021 survey 2 pins were found and 3 pins were set by your surveyor.  The pins found were located along the boundary line with the Sweatman property.

    It is documented that the neighbor moves the pins/stakes.

    Photo from September 2021 with no pin/rebar marked and to this day there is no visible pin/rebar,
