Ms. Zeeman: Brett Warren, our managing partner, sent me your email. I am the partner in charge of the Real Estate Litigation Department and Brett works for me. I apologize if you have not received a response to your request; I am looking into this and will discuss this with him this morning. Please understand this matter has been going on for a very long time so the file is quite extensive. Let me get with our IT department as to the easiest way to produce the emails in our case management system and will follow up.
I am copying my paralegal Celeste Watwood. Please copy her on any emails.
Thank you, Tania

Subject: Follow-Up: Client File Request Sweatman v. Zeeman (21CV9795)
Dear Brent,
I am writing to follow up on my written request dated January 28, 2026, to Mr. Ledermeier for my complete client file relating to Sweatman v. Zeeman, DeKalb County Superior Court, Case No. 21CV9795.
As of today, I have not received the requested materials or a production timeline.
My request includes the complete client file maintained by Mr. Ledermeier and the firm, including but not limited to all correspondence, drafts, communications with opposing counsel, communications with Dekalb County, the City of Brookhaven, communications with the surveyor and expediter, and all versions of any proposed orders, plats, or related filings.
I am simply requesting production of my complete client file and would appreciate confirmation of when it will be provided.
Thank you for your assistance.
Respectfully,
Sarah Zeeman
