No one has walked me this proposed order dated from february. I don't understand.

I spoke with Jeff last week. As for the proposed order, it was jointly prepared, but not approved or finalized by opposing counsel until Friday when we received the revised final plat. The cantilever has nothing to do with your property at all; its part of Sweatmans house and was left off the plat which is why Gaddy went out and measured it then revised the plat. The Court Ordered deadlines were several weeks ago and the Judge was growing impatient which is why the staff attorney demanded an update that day.

Brett-  can you please return Jeffs phone calls?

 I dont understand why you wont call him back ??

How long have you had this document?

If you created it, that be Multiple Weeks, if so why is there a fire drill emergency for any document without allowing adequate time to set up a call with the policy holder to understand whats going on?

What does a cantilever have to do with my property?

 Im not a lawyer and I dont understand what any of this means.

    Gaddy sent over the final plat reconfiguration. He accidentally left out a cantilever on the side of Sweatmans home. The final plat is attached hereto and Ive attached the proposed order which includes the plat and will (should) ensure that the city and county have no objections.

    We should have the settlement finalized quickly and the plat approved by the city and county. The Judge wants us to submit the attached today; they are actively monitoring this case  Ive never had a case where the Judge is this involved.
