The plat is attached. The Plat is for both lots and the accuracy of the lots has nothing to do with who paid for it. We want it accurate to avoid future issues.

Why are they calling the surveyor when you hired him, and my policy paid for it? Did you tell them to call him?
On that note, please send me the topographical report with the new alteration they called in. My policy paid for it. Can I please have it?

I did not ignore your emails. With regard to title, I have responded. The other claims need to be addressed by Jeff. Opposing counsel asked them to add it and Gaddy did. Its accurate that is the shape of the house. It does not impact anything in our case.
Please review the settlement agreement so we can get this finalized.

Are you referring to the revision on the plat? Opposing counsel requested it and its only the cantilever (den that sticks out from the house) that was corrected to show the accurate shape of the structure. It wasnt an additional charge and has no material impact on the plat.
We need to focus on finalizing the settlement agreement. Also, I received an email about a tree that fell in your front yard has that been taken care of?
