Sarah,
The request was objected to and I also just went through the transcript. In the transcript, the Judge says that the funds are released once the settlement is signed within a reasonable amount of time. If they dont consent, we would need to ask the Judge.

I cant advise as to coverage. I was stating that, as a matter of law, that is the consideration for the settlement agreement. The $10,000.00 from USAA are funds from the Plaintiff and cant be released until we have an executed settlement unless prior co
