Thank you for explaining things to me. things are happening with no explanation I removed Amy I had no idea shes a lawyer and I thought she is part of my attorney client privilege (how am I supposed to know)

The point of the counter I thought shows that I cant use that area and here I am using that area. That to me muddies the waters to me, but Im not a lawyer Or a court

I dont know whats going on or what the next steps are or arent, Im in the dark that is why I asked sally about the hvac service. Should I send that communication to you all as well? I showed them a picture etc if they felt it was ok to still try to come service the units.

Sarah its what needs to happen with the lawsuit pending. Its not an admission of anything and does not effect your counterclaims. It is a courtesy only and is to prevent them from calling the cops due to their claims. If we didnt give them notice and they brought the fact that we knew that your HVAC guys were going to be likely stepping on property that was theirs (not the disputed property but their undisputed property due to the close proximity of the units even if the line is where you contend), the Court would come down on us. It is not an admission in any way. We dont need the Court to have an impression of you doing things to expand the litigation. Now, if they cause any problems and we gave them the heads up, its them that are expanding things. While this is standard and understood and communications between counsel arent evidence, we are happy to go back and state that this notice is for courtesy purposes only if it eases any of your concerns.

Also Sarah please be aware that any emails that copy Amy and us on the same email are discoverable. It is why we try to send emails separately as much as possible.

Thanks, Tania
