I would lean towards omitting the below and waiting for the surveyor to discuss.
Depending on the results of the survey we will have to supplement our responses anyway.

Thank you for explaining that. I know Eric is currently reviewing - but as another question -
Would it be more helpful to omit this comment, since this is my assumption - I don't know if saying less is better in these types of situations etc?
Zeeman has since learned that the two rebar corner pins have been missing on the Osborne side of the property since the City of Brookhaven did work in the Right of Way which could explain the difference in Sweatman's Surveys and the migration of the corner pin on Grove Street.

Sarah,
It just depends on the purpose and scope of the survey. If they survey was never intended to be recorded it may not need a blue ink signature or certification. It doesn't mean the survey is necessarily wrong or unreliable.
Surveyors can prepare drawings, retracements, ect. for a host of different purposes. If the scope of one survey is to identify the boundary line then it may not show the location of easements or any utilities. That's why outlining the scope and purpose of the survey work ordered at the outset is so important. If the new survey we obtain varies from prior surveys and records Mr. Chastain will make note of those differences and his opinions as to same.

Does it matter that the disclaimer on the survey talks about a blue ink signature?
https://prnt.sc/iW6H_O6WPP1Z
I also never received a physical copy of the survey illegally ordered, by the 1st attorney(attached)
Also attached the variance approval survey with no sewer easement included and no blue ink.
