As the policy holder, I, Sarah Zeeman require adequate time to review my court transcript and the survey before asking a judge to do anything such as a court order on my behalf.
I do not have either document.

Gaddy just emailed me and said the survey was drawn at the end of last week and that review and legal descriptions would be prepared by tomorrow at noon. As for the impervious surface concern, I did not misstate the issue and the Court can give an Order. A Court Order cant be ignored by the city/county; it is a legal order and within the Judges power to enter and, if necessary, enforce via sanctions if its disregarded.

If you communicated with me prior to court during during professional working hours and not an email statement Sunday night at 9pm - I would have updated you on how I am seeing with my other neighbors how Brookhaven and DeKalb have recently been operating

Opposing counsels representations were incorrect which is why I responded indicating the same. I have asked for the variance/court order decision more than a dozen times via email and phone. I have also emailed the surveyor several times, including just now, requesting the new survey and legal descriptions.
