As the policy holder, I, Sarah Zeeman require adequate time to review my court transcript and the survey before asking a judge to do anything such as a court order on my behalf.

I do not have either document.

I stated the numerous occasions of opposing counsels failure to respond and outlined the in-person conversation with the surveyor regarding the variance/court order issue on the impervious surfaces. Opposing counsels representations, again, were misrepresentations. I emailed Gaddy in early December and did not receive a response until I again followed up today. As for ethics, I am not sure what youre stating; please clarify.

Rose - presented you to the judge as not performing your job and she provided  the judge multiple examples.

Gaddy responds instantly to you-after she speaks in court?

Please forward me Gaddys  email correspondence he just sent you I need that for the ethics complaint

    I dont have the documents either. I have requested both and sent numerous demands to opposing counsel for a response. I have my paralegal calling the court reporter again now. I cant force a response, but I will address it with the Judge.
